2021 Open Tournament
The Open Tournament on the 22nd August is still planned to go ahead. This tournament will be for teams outside of the Totally Netball Leagues and also teams within the leagues.

Netball specific Trainers
Have your trainers seen better days?
Buying the right trainers for outdoor netball is so important. Netball trainers should give you the right support in all the right places. Playing netball is completely different to jogging. You’re constantly changing direction, leaping into the air and landing hard on a concrete surface. Your trainers should give you the correct support for all of this, and more. Most importantly they should feel right on the court.
On top of all that, you need the grip to play in all weather, so don’t make the mistake of simply searching for “netball trainers” online. Choosing a netball shoe with a durable outsole will be useful.
It’s also important to look at where you play… centre court players tend to spend most of the time on the balls of their feet so tend to prefer a lighter shoe, whilst players in other positions may prefer a more stable option to support with changes in direction.
Check your trainers regularly to make sure they’re still fit for purpose.
