Can I play more than 1 match per night?


Yes! Players are allowed to play more than 1 match per night and can play across multiple leagues. Care should continue to be taken and it should be remembered that increased contact time and increased interactions pose a greater risk of transmission of COVID-19 and the need to self-isolate if someone subsequently tests positive.




What happens if a player tests positive for COVID-19?


If a player tests positive for COVID-19 they must follow the guidance by the Government & NHS - links below. What happens if I have played against a team who have an individual that has tested postive for COVID-19?


No action is needed as match play is not considered 'close contact'. However, if participants experience any syptoms they must follow the Government & NHS guidance.




Will captains be contacted by Totally Netball if they have played against a team with a positive test?


Where a participant has tested positive for COVID-19 all captains of that league will be contacted. No information will be given out with regards to who the participant is, what team they play for or what position they played. Teams are allowed to carry on playing matches but need to ensure they strictly follow the guidelines around social distancing, safety & hygiene etc.




I am double vaccinated, will I still be allowed to play matches if I have played against someone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
